Chung Jung One dextrose syrup is made with 100% corn starch. Dextrose syrup used a lot in Korean dishes for stir fry, braising, seasoning and grilling to add a hint of sweetness and shiny glaze and soften texture. It is transparent and has a thick texture, so it doesn’t change the colour of the original food and give a shine finish.
